It is with great sorrow to tell all of our loyal readers and sponsors that the editor & founder, Bob DeGennaro, passed away last Friday 7/27/18 at 11:51AM.

Bob spent his entire career in the oil & gas industry working for giants such as Chevron, Exxon Mobil and Gulf Oil before retiring to start his own consulting business and this newsletter. For the last 14+ years OEM/Lube News has been his baby and he did a magnificent job delivering unique industry news to everyone he could get it in front of.

He so loved this industry and all of the great friends that he met along the way. Unfortunately OEM Lube News was a product of Bob's superior industry knowledge that is irreplaceable and very few others possess.

This will be the final edition of OEM Lube News for the time being. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and every one of you that read and supported OEM Lube News. You gave my dad the ability to keep doing what he loved in his retirement. He will be deeply missed by all.
