Nynas announced last Tuesday that Ana Cura has been appointed as Regional Director Nynas Americas. Cura joined Nynas AB in 2001, and is most recently coming from a position as General Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Latin America.

I will continue reinforcing the strengths that make us unique today. Our high degree of specialization, local presence and personal approach couples with a high degree of technical knowledge. These are proven strengths which we will continue developing,” says Ana Cura.
Cura takes on the responsibility with a vast experience from the Chemical business.
With a Chemical Engineering Degree from U.T.N. (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional) in Buenos Aires and the Management Development Program (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo) from IAE Business School in Buenos Aires, and a Leadership Program from Harvard University, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Ana Cura has the knowledge and the proven drive to take Nynas Americas further, says the company.
In the past, she was a Team Member of International Standards Organizations such as IRAM in Argentina, and ICONTEC (The Colombian Institute of Technical Standards and Specifications) in Colombia, the Rubber Chamber in Argentina and of the Lubricant Chamber in Argentina.
Today Ana Cura is President of the CIGRÉ Argentina D 1 Study Committee. She is also a member of the Evaluation Board of the Electrical Technical Papers of ERIAC(The Ibero American Council of CIGRE) and a board member of CIGRÉ Argentina(Centro De Investigación de Grandes Redes Eléctricas).
