Volkswagen Group UK has announced a major new supplier partnership with Fuchs Lubricants (UK) plc. The agreement sees Fuchs replace Castrol as the lubricants supplier for Trade Parts Specialists (TPS) Quantum range of oils.
Launched in 2007, The TPS Network is the first trade operation to be totally owned and run by an automotive manufacturer - Volkswagen Group. Each TPS Centres extensive parts stock is maintained by the VW Group and is dedicated to the needs of local trade customers. To date there are over 75 TPS Centres throughout the UK.
The resulting all-new Quantum oil range represents the most important product launch in TPS 10-year history. The new partnership enabled Fuchs to provide several additional product and service improvements, including environmentally friendly packaging formats, improved trade pricing, VRN look-up facilities, technical support and specialist branch training.
