Terex and Konecranes last Tuesday jointly announced that they will combine to create a single company with estimated 2014 revenues of $10.0 billion The new company will be named Konecranes Terex Plc and will be incorporated in Finland.

Chevron last Thursday suspended operations at a lubricants facility in China's eastern city of Tianjin following explosions last Wednesday night at a nearby chemical company warehouse that killed 85 and hospitalized over 720 people. Chevron said it doesn't expect its lubricants-product supply to be impacted by the facility's suspension.

Klüber Lubrication last Tuesday inaugurated its state-of-the-art lubricant production facilities, labs & warehouse in their existing specialty chemicals factory in Mysore, India. The facility will manufacture various specialty lubricating oils, greases, pastes, and release agents, across Chem-Trend, OKS and Klüber brands.
