DuBois Chemicals has completed the acquisition of Angler Industries based in Sterling, CT. The acquisition is a natural extension of the DuBois strategy to provide complete cleaning, metalworking and surface treatment solutions for its diverse industrial customer base. The Angler Industries acquisition will increase the DuBois market share in the Northeast while expanding access to Anglers metalworking fluids and specialty cleaning products to a broad international market. It also expands the companys manufacturing and laboratory capabilities.

DuBois provides chemical solutions for metal forming, metal cleaning, rust inhibition, paint pretreatment, lubrication, water treatment, transportation cleaning, maintenance cleaning, paper chemicals, and food cleaning and sanitation. In 2010, DuBois acquired Bedford Park, Illinois-based Perkins Products, a manufacturer of industrial lubricants. In 2012, DuBois acquired metalworking fluids and specialty chemicals company Galaxy Associates.
