DuBois Chemicals has completed the acquisition of Angler Industries based in Sterling, CT. The acquisition is a natural extension of the DuBois strategy to provide complete cleaning, metalworking and surface treatment solutions for its diverse industrial customer base. The Angler Industries acquisition will increase the DuBois market share in the Northeast while expanding access to Angler’s metalworking fluids and specialty cleaning products to a broad international market. It also expands the company’s manufacturing and laboratory capabilities.

In 2010, DuBois acquired Bedford Park, Illinois-based Perkins Products, a manufacturer of industrial lubricants. In 2012, DuBois acquired metalworking fluids and specialty chemicals company Galaxy Associates.
