Shell Breaks Ground on $717 Million Geismar AO Plant Expansion
Shell Chemical had a groundbreaking ceremony last Tuesday to start construction on a previously announced $717 million alpha olefins expansion at its plant in Geismar, Louisiana. This will be the fourth AO unit at this site, bringing the total production capacity of AO to 425,000 tons a year and makeing this complex the world's largest AO producer in the world.

Mazda and TOTAL Lubricants Renew Partnership Until 2020
TOTAL and Mazda have renewed an exclusive lubricant supply partnership in which Total will continue to supply 2,300 of Mazdas garages, repair shops and authorized dealers until 2020, supplying Mazda Original Oils range to dealership networks spanning over 45 countries, mainly in Europe.

Calumet Reports Net Loss for 4Q 2015 and for FY 2015
Calumet last Wednesday reported a net loss of $116.8 million for the fourth quarter 2015, compared with a loss of $63.5 million in the 2014 fourth quarter. For the full-year 2015, Calumet reported a net loss of $139.4 million compared with a net loss of $112.2 million in 2014.

Manitowoc Cranes Officially Separates From Manitowoc Foodservice
The Manitowoc Company announced on Thursday, Feb. 11 that its board of directors has approved the plan to split its Foodservice and Crane segments into separate companies. The Foodservice segment, which will become Manitowoc Foodservice, will operate as an independent company. The Crane segment will operate as the Manitowoc Company.

FUCHS Posts Record Sales Revenues and Earnings for Financial Year 2015
FUCHS PETROLUB reported record sales revenues and earnings in the financial year 2015. Group sales revenues increased to EUR 2,079 (USD 2,315) million, up EUR 213 million or 11% above the previous year. Pentosin and Statoil Fuel & Retail Lubricants, the two major acquisitions in 2015, contributed EUR 94 million to the growth.
