Valvoline has named Oiltech Lubes Service GmbH & Co. KG as sales and logistics business partner for the complete line of Valvoline™ lubricants and automotive chemicals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, effective immediately. Oiltech Lubes Service has also been named authorized Tectyl™ Sales and Logistics business partner in Austria and Switzerland.

Lahore, Pakistan-based oil supplier Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited in its bid to raise Rs 1.25 billion by first-time offering one-fourth of the company’s shares in the equity market, raised Rs 2.84 billion (U.S. $27.1 million) in the first phase of its stock IPO on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
