Pakistan-based Hi-Tech Lubricants Ltd., part of Pakistan's MAS group, held a foundation stone laying ceremony marking the start of construction for a lubricant packaging plant at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore, Pakistan. The facility is being built in cooperation with Seoul, South Korea-based SK Lubricants. Hi-Tech Lubricants has been marketing and distributing SK's ZIC brand finished lubricants throughout Pakistan for the past 20 years.

The Lahore plant, being built on an 8-acre site. will package the finished lubricants manufactured by SK and transported to Hi-Tech. The plant will fill and package the ZIC Lubricants in HDPE bottles, including capping & labeling of the finished products on an automated high accuracy filling line.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Cheol Ho Chang, General Manager S.K Lubricants, Mr. Jae Young Yang & Kyu Hwan Moon, Managers S.K Lubricants, Mr. Myung Jun Ahn Chairman Ahn Kook Lube Tech, and Mr. Young Jun Ahn CEO Ahn Kook Lube Tech.

This plant will not only supply product within the Pakistan market, but will also export the finished products.
