Zschimmer & Schwarz Acquires LEXOLUBE Division from INOLEX
Lahnstein, Germany-headquartered specialty chemical manufacturer Zschimmer & Schwarz has acquired the LEXOLUBE Division from INOLEX, effective January 3, 2017. INOLEX will continue to produce LEXOLUBE products until manufacturing is transferred to Zschimmer & Schwarz' Milledgeville, GA site.

Lubrizol to Begin Wickliffe Campus Expansion in 2018
Lubrizol is moving forward with its expansion plans in Wickliffe, Ohio. The current plan is to build a 63,000-square-foot, single-story facility on the campus at 29400 Lakeland Boulevard that would connect two of its existing buildings. The new projected investment total is about $28 million, with construction beginning in 2018 and completion by 2019.

Tata Motors and Castrol Sign Global Supply Agreement
Tata Motors and Castrol last Thursday announced the signing of a three-year strategic partnership agreement for supply of Commercial Vehicle Oils to Tata Motors globally. The agreement will cover over 50 markets including SAARC and ASEAN region, Middle East, Africa, Russia and Latin America.
