Two Top Level Calumet Executives Resign

According to company filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Jennifer Straumins and Tim Barnhart resigned from Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P.’s general partner this past March.

Jennifer G. Straumins, the executive vice president - strategy and development of Calumet GP, LLC, the general partner of Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., notified the Company of her resignation On March 31, 2015, effective immediately. Calumet disclosed this in an April 2 SEC filing. Timothy R. Barnhart, executive vice president of operations, resigned March 11, according to a March 13 SEC filing.

Ms. Straumins, the daughter of company co-founder F. William Grube, served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development of Calumet GP, LLC, The General Partner of Calumet Specialty Products Partners LP from October 28, 2014 to March 31, 2015. Ms. Straumins served as the President of Calumet GP LLC, the General Partner of Calumet Specialty Products Partners LP from January 1, 2011 to October 28, 2014, positions eliminated under a 2014 realignment and served as its Chief Operating Officer from December 2009 to October 28, 2014. Ms. Straumins served as Senior Vice President since February 2007 until December 2009. From January 2006 to February 2007, Ms. Straumins served as Vice President of Investor Relations. Ms. Straumins served in various capacities in financial planning and economics for it's predecessor from 2002 to 2006. Ms. Straumins held financial planning positions with Great Lakes Chemical Company and Exxon Chemical Company. Ms. Straumins received a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from the University of Kansas.

Calumet disclosed Barnhart’s resignation In a March 11 SEC filing. Barnhart has served as senior vice president — operations of the general partner since January 2013. From December 2009 to December 2012, Barnhart served as vice president — operations of the general partner. Barnhart served as the plant manager of the company's Karns City facility from January 2008 to December 2009. Prior to joining Calumet in 2008 upon Calumet's acquisition of Penreco, Barnhart held various engineering, supervisory and management positions at Penreco and Pennzoil Products Company since 1981. Barnhart received his B.S. in Engineering from Grove City College.

F. William Grube has served as the chief executive officer and vice chairman of the board of the general partner since January 2011. From September 2005 through December 2010, Mr. Grube served as chief executive officer, president and director of the general partner. Mr. Grube has also served as president and chief executive officer of the Predecessor from 1990 until the initial public offering. From 1973 to 1989, Mr. Grube served as executive vice president of Rock Island Refining Corporation. Mr. Grube received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and his M.B.A. from Harvard University
