Lubrizol Delivers Unique Lubricant Solutions for LSPI and Chain Wear
Lubrizol announced its continued work with global OEMs to solve the challenges associated with gasoline direct injection and turbocharged gasoline direct injection (T/GDI) engines. Lubrizol has developed higher performing lubricant additive technology to address low speed pre-ignition (LSPI) and chain wear.
LANXESS has successfully completed the acquisition of Chemtura earlier than originally expected effective April 21, 2017. With a total enterprise value of EUR 2.4 billion, some 2,500 Chemtura employees at 20 sites in 11 countries worldwide will be absorbed into LANXESS.
