Russian Truck OEM KAMAZ Introduces Its Own Brand Engine Oils

KAMAZ, Russia's largest truck manufacturer, located in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, Russian Federation, has recently developed and introduced to the market its own brand of engine oils as a result of a partnership agreement between the company and LLK International, Lukoil’s lubricants subsidiary.

Customers can choose among mineral, semisynthetic and synthetic oils. KAMAZ, KAMAZ OPTIMUM and KAMAZ PROFESSIONAL motor oils comply with all up-to-date international requirements for operational properties and environmental safety standards, states KAMAZ. These oils will be distributed and sold by OOO Uralskaya Manufaktura.

KAMAZ semisynthetic- and mineral-based motor oils for year-round use are intended for diesel engines of trucks, buses, road-building and other vehicles complying with emission standards up to Euro 2. Mineral and semisynthetic oil KAMAZ OPTIMUM is used in the latest generations of heavy-duty trucks featuring EGR systems and meeting Euro 3 and 4 standards. KAMAZ PROFESSIONAL is low SAP synthetic engine oil for modern diesel engines used under heavy conditions, as well as engines sensitive to the level of sulfated ash in oil.

KAMAZ truck group exports its heavy duty trucks to many areas of the world including Eastern Europe, Latin America, China, the Middle East, and North Africa. KAMAZ is the largest truck producer in Russia and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and ranks 16th among the world's top heavy truck manufacturers. KAMAZ produces a wide range of vehicles: trucks (over 40 models, more than 1,500 kits, right-hand vehicles), trailers, buses, tractors, engines, power units, and different tools. KAMAZ traditionally positions itself on the market of trucks of 14-40 ton GVW.
