Setting the Record Straight on Cam2 Reportedly Filing for Bankruptcy

Last Thursday morning, it was reported in Jobbers World that "Colorado LV I, LLC (dba CAM2 International, LLC) had filed for voluntary Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on March 4, 2016 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado".

Later that day, in a letter dated June 30, 2016, in response to the above mentioned article in Jobbers World, Jack Baker, CEO, CAM2 International, LLC said that this bankruptcy filing was in no way associated with Cam2 International LLC.

Baker stated "CAM2 International, LLC had completed an asset purchase to include the brand names of Omega Holdings Co, LLC and subsidiary Colorado LV 1, LLC (dba CAM2 International, LLC of Colorado) on March 1, 2014. CAM2 International, LLC is in no way affiliated with Omega Holdings and/or any of its subsidiaries including Colorado LV 1, LLC (dba CAM2 International, LLC of Colorado) and CAM2 International, LLC is in no way affected with the recent bankruptcy by Omega Holdings and its subsidiaries. CAM2 remains a leader in the Global Lubricant Industry due to its quality products, valued relationships with customers and strong financial backing."

Jack Baker went on to say “We want to take this opportunity to ensure our loyal customer base that CAM2 is wholly independent of Omega Holdings and its subsidiaries. We continue to enjoy monumental success due to solid financial backing and apologize to our customers for any confusion associated with Omega Holdings recent bankruptcy filings. We are looking forward to the future for continued international growth.”
