Whitmore, a leading producer of component protection technology, held its new facility grand opening and celebrated its 120th Anniversary on September 23. The expansion adds 127,000 square feet to the facility and more than doubles the overall size of the Companys footprint in Rockwall, TX. Its located on the north side of Justin Rd., west of Industrial Blvd. and one mile north of Interstate 30.
Whitmore is entering a new era of worldwide growth and establishing a solid foundation to achieve sustained success, said Jeff Kilpatrick, President and CEO of Whitmore. The expansion includes new corporate office space, a larger Air Sentry® division production area and more warehouse space. A second building phase has already begun in the existing facility, which will include expanded production capabilities and new R&D space.
