Saudi Aramco/Motiva Enterprises are the front-runners to acquire LyondellBasell's Houston refinery, Reuters reported last Tuesday. The Aramco-Motiva group and Suncor Energy were exchanging proposals with LyondellBasell last week, with Aramco-Motiva emerging as the leading contender.
