Gazprom Neft Lubricants and Rostselmash Launch Rostselmash G-Profi Branded Lubes

Gazprom Neft Lubricants and Rostselmash, one of the world's largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery, have launched the production of a new line of lubricants under the brand Rostselmash G-Profi.

The product line includes engine, transmission and hydraulic oils, and other lubricants and antifreeze. According to the companies, Rostselmash G-Profi lubricants are more resistant to high temperatures, have improved cleaning properties and replacement of these products can be done less frequently compared with other products intended for heavy duty trucks.

In January of this year, Gazprom Neft Lubricants and Rostselmash signed an agreement for the supply of factory fill lubricant for the assembly line production in Rostov-on-Don. The Rostselmash G-Profi oil, according to the company, is another step in the development of long-term collaboration between the two companies.

"Operating conditions, for example, for a truck and a combine are very different, so that we have previously used general-purpose oil to be some compromise," said director of marketing Rostselmash Prochoros Darmov.

"With strong technical and scientific base, the company Gazprom Neft - Lubricants is developing modern high-quality products to meet the needs of our partners," said Alexander TRUKHAN, General Director of "Gazprom Neft - SM"

Created in November 2007. Gazprom Neft-SM has five production sites in Russia (3), Italy and Serbia. The total production capacity is more than 490 thousand tons of lubricants per year. Gazprom Neft Lubricants also operates two API Group I base oil plants, one in Omsk, and the other in Yaroslavl through a joint venture with Rosneft. The company's portfolio includes oil for gasoline and diesel engines of passenger cars and trucks, transmission and hydraulic oils, industrial oils, service products and fluids under the brand G-Energy and "Gazprom Neft", as well as Texaco branded marine oils. Gazprom Neft-SM holds 14% of the lubricants market in Russia, as well as in the markets of the European Union, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Group Rostselmash, one of the world's largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery, includes 13 companies with production facilities in Russia, Canada, the USA, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. The company produces 24 types of agricultural machinery, more than 150 models and modifications (combine, forage, tillage and seeding equipment, sprayers, tractors, etc.).
