JX Nippon Oil & Energy, creator of ENEOS brand, last Thursday announced it has established a new distribution partnership with Interamerican Motor Corporation (IMC) to offer ENEOS products to IMC for distribution throughout the United States.

Petro-Canada has secured an exclusive commitment from McCloskey International Ltd. to use its HYDREX hydraulic fluids as factory fill and for manufacturing of its crushers, impactors, trommel screeners, vibrating screeners, feeders, stacking conveyors and picking stations and endorsing HYDREX as service fill throughout North America.

The Woodlands, Texas-headquartered TopSail Energy, LP, a recently-formed midstream energy company, announced last week it will construction a new 125,000 gallons per day processing facility in Baytown, Texas to recycle used motor oil into marketable feedstocks, fuels and additives.

Neal Zuzik has joined American Refining Group Inc. as senior vice president of sales, marketing and business development. Zuzik comes to ARG from Valvoline where he most recently served as its vice president of global supply chain. He will report to CEO Tim Brown and will be based in ARG’s Pittsburgh office.

ANGUS Chemical and Univar USA announced last Thursday they have entered into a new distribution agreement, effective July 1, 2016. Under the agreement, Univar will distribute ANGUS’ complete line of nitroalkanes and specialty additive products sold into a number of U.S. markets.

Dubai, UAE-headquartered ENOC Global Marine, a division of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) Lubricants, is set to expand its international footprint through a shipping agreement with Dubai Trading Agency (DTA). The agreement will enable the trading of up to 600,000 litres per year of lubricants.
