LuBest® Introduces Synplicity™ Line of Full-Synthetic Lubricants

LuBest, the lubricant division of specialty industrial chemicals manufacturer Momar, Inc., announced last Tuesday the launch of its new Synplicity line. The new line features full-synthetic lubricants, made from GTL base oils, formulated to provide superior lubrication solutions at an economical price.

"We are very proud to offer our customers the performance of synthetic lubricants at the price of conventional non-synthetics," said West Gary, Momar's Chief Technical Officer. "This project has been many years in the making, and Momar chemists have worked diligently to research and develop finished products that incorporate nGTL base stocks in place of conventional PAO (poly alpha olefin) base stocks. To date, we've introduced Safecracker™ penetrating lubricant in aerosol and liquid, RCL™ rail curve and switch lubricants in five standard viscosities, and FlexSafe™ multi-purpose lubricants in nine standard viscosities."

Gary told OEM/Lube News "The specific products, mentioned above, include the following:

FlexSafe ISO 22 through 460 - Full-Synthetic, Multi-functional, Food Grade Lubricant for Hydraulics, Air Tools, Compressors, Gear Boxes, Turbines, Chains, Cables, Conveyors, and Slides

RCL ISO 22, 46, 100, 150, 220 - Full-Synthetic Railroad Curve Lubricant (curves, rails, lift bridges, switches, car couplers, etc.)

SafeCracker (Liquid Aerosol) - Full-Synthetic, Environmentally-Friendly Penetrating Lubricant & Air Tool Cleaner"

"We are currently developing release agents, dust suppressants, and other specialty chemicals to further utilize nGTL technology." said Gary.
