Kline, last Tuesday, announced recent additions to the companys executive team. Annie Jarquin has been appointed as Director in the Energy Practice and Hardeep Parmar as Director in the Chemicals Practice of Klines Management Consulting business.
Annie Jarquin, prior to joining Kline, ran the global lubricants and greases benchmarking and analysis project at Malik PIMS. Working with numerous global, national, and independent lubricant companies, Jarquin advised on various operations improvement and cost reduction issues. She is also an experienced speaker and member of the Advisory Board for the Tribology Program at Auburn University in Alabama.
Early in her career, Jarquin worked as a process engineer, where she focused on optimizing energy production from wastewater biodegradation and wastewater treatment process design. She has a B.Eng with honors in Chemical and Process Engineering, and a B.Sc in Chemistry, both from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Jarquin has joined Klines London office, where she will be focusing on new business development and project management, working closely with Yana Wilkinson.

Reinforcing Klines credentials within the chemicals industry, Hardeep Parmar, who has also joined our London office, brings invaluable experience of the Petrochemicals and chemical industry accrued at consultancies including Nexant, Jacobs Consultancy, and Arthur D. Little, UK. Parmar was responsible for providing commercial insights and recommendations to support corporate clients developing investment strategies to support expansions and enter new markets.
Parmar delivered projects which included strategic vision workshops to support the development of strategic business plans and consulting services advising institutional investors of world-scale projects in the Middle East and Africa, as well as transactional advisory services delivering technical and commercial due diligence projects for the intermediate and specialty chemical segment, among others. She also provided market research and commercial advisory services to investors in specialty chemicals and the renewable energy industry including solar, biofuels, and green chemicals.
Parmar has a B.Eng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering with Management from Bradford University and an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School.
Hardeep joins Kline after a multi-faceted career with strong experience across chemicals, power, renewables, and oil and gas sectors.
