Cummins Extends Oil Registration Deadline

Cummins announced it has received concerns from several companies that the October 2, 2015 deadline for oil registration for CES20074, CES20075, CES20076, CES20077, CES20078 and CES20081 can’t be met and therefore has announced it will extend the oil registration deadline.

PBF Energy to Acquire ExxonMobil's Torrance Refinery & Vernon Lubricants Distribution Center

ExxonMobil has reached an agreement with PBF Energy, Inc. for the sale and purchase of its refinery in Torrance, California, a lubricants distribution center at Vernon, products terminals at Vernon and Atwood, and associated California pipelines and other logistics assets, including facilities at the Southwest terminal.

Kraton To Acquire Arizona Chemical

Kraton Performance Polymers announced last Monday that it has entered into an agreement to acquire privately held Arizona Chemical for $1.37 billion. EPA to Move Its Ban Date for Domestic Production and Import of MCCPs and LCCPs

Dr. Maria Doa, director of the chemical control division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency last week at the Metal Removal Fluids conference in Rosemont, Illinois said that EPA intends to move its ban date for domestic production and import of MCCPs and LCCPs from May 31, 2016 to sometime mid-year 2017.

Navistar, GM Partner to Build Class 4/5 Trucks
