ExxonMobil to Produce Mobil 1 in Singapore
ExxonMobil announced last Tuesday the company is expanding its operations in Jurong to produce synthetic lubricants, including Mobil 1. When completed in the second half of 2017, the facility will be the only plant in the Asia Pacific producing Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil.

Calumet Names Timothy Go as Incoming CEO
Calumet announced last Monday that its Board of Directors has named energy industry veteran Timothy Go as the Partnership's incoming Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2016. Bill Hatch will remain Interim CEO of Calumet until December 31, 2015.

Just 1 in 10 New Diesel Cars Meet EU Air Pollution Limits
All new diesel cars should meet the Euro 6 auto emissions standard from 1 September but just one in 10 tested complied with the legal limit. Every major car manufacturer is selling diesel cars that fail to meet EU air pollution limits on the road in Europe. On average new EU diesel cars produce emissions about five times higher than the allowed limit.
