Largest 100 For-Hire Truck Fleets in North America Latest List Released

Transport Topics has issued its 2015 lists of the 100 largest for-hire trucking fleets in North America of which UPS, FedEx, J.B. Hunt, Con-way and YRC Worldwide, in that order, are the top five again this year. The number 1 company on the for-hire list, UPS operates 106,000 company-owned tractors, vans, straight trucks, package cars and motorcycles.

BRB forms VI Improver JV with Ban Guan Chemical

BRB International announced it is forming a 65/35 joint venture with Ban Guan Chemical to build a plant in Singapore to produce the VISCOTECH® VI improvers under the name Viscotech ASIA PTE Ltd. . The joint venture will be headquartered in Tanjong Penjuru Crescent, Singapore. Operation at the company’s facility in Singapore will begin in July 2016.
