Vexapak, LLC announced the opening of its new 57,000 square foot manufacturing & lube blending operations facility located in Houstons East Side. With the new facility, which started operations in the second week of September, Vexapak was able to triple its storage and production capacity versus their previous capacity at their old building, thus creating a major blending hub for both its domestic and exports customers.
In addition to the new building, an 80,000 gallon base oil storage tank farm, plus a 56,000 gallon oil blending capacity tank farm and two (2) x 55 gallon drum filling lines were also added, creating a 400 drums/day new packaging capacity.
We have seen our share of ups & downs since we started back in 2004, but with the purchase of this new building, Vexapak is ready to meet the challenges of the next decade as a major player in the Grease & Lubricants Industry, providing more capacity and efficiency for both our domestic & export customers, said Antonio D. Vexapak is a private Texas based company dedicated to the trading of petroleum based products, manufacturer of a full line of lubricating oils and greases, contract packaging & private label services, re-packager of major branded products and wholesaler of lubricants & greases.
In addition to its private labels the company packages, Vexapak also offers its export customers an option of six (6) house brands: American Eagle, Derlylube, Monarka, GXOil, IQA and Prime Lubricants.
The company said that since its incorporation in 2004, it has manufactured and shipped over 51 million pounds of greases and exported lubricants & fluids to over 20 countries across the world.
