ChemPoint Appointed Master Distributor for Molykote® Specialty Products in U.S. and Canada

ChemPoint announced that it has signed a master distribution agreement with Dow Corning for Molykote® specialty products. Under the agreement, ChemPoint will manage order placement, fulfillment, and technical support for Molykote® brand compounds, greases, pastes, anti-friction coatings, dispersions, and oils in the United States and Canada.

Hydrodec Group last Monday announced the disposal of Its UK Operations and agreed to transfer certain other rights and assets relating to its UK Operations for a consideration of £1 (USD1.44) and the assumption of about £1.2 million of debt. Columbus, OH-based Into Great Brands Inc./MotorKote has entered into an exclusive agreement with UK-based Heritage Fuels & Lubricants Ltd., an affiliate of the TSBA group and Official Shell Licensee, to market Shell X-100 Classic Motor Oil in North America.
