Infineum International Limited has announced a number of executive appointments to its Corporate Leadership Team (CLT), with effect from July 1, 2016.

Aldo Govi, currently Lubricants Business Manager, will be promoted to the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) Sales. In this role, he will be accountable for the Regional Sales Directors and Global Account Managers.

Philippe Creteur will move from his current role as CFO / EVP Finance and Business Services, to EVP Supply. In this role, he will be accountable for the Global Managers of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Technology and Major Projects.

Pat Bost will join Infineum as CFO / EVP Finance and IT. Pat has over thirty years’ experience with ExxonMobil Finance, including international assignments in Brussels, Japan and China. She is currently China Business Services Manager and Controller for ExxonMobil based in Shanghai.

In recognition of Infineum’s continued commitment to growth in China, Fu Limin will join the CLT as President of Infineum’s China operations. In this role, Limin will be responsible for providing local leadership on safety, business ethics, controls and compliance, and government relations, and will oversee the development of China country plans for sales and marketing, technology, asset investment, and people development. Additionally, Limin will become Sales Director of Infineum China with accountability for the China Sales team.

Carl Howard will join the CLT as General Counsel.

In addition to the above, Chris Locke will remain as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Technology and Ross Baglin will continue as Executive Vice President Human Resources.

These appointments were announced by Trevor Russell, who was recently named as Chief Executive Officer of Infineum, effective July 1, 2016.

Commenting on the new appointments, Russell said: “Aldo, Philippe, Pat, Limin and Carl all have great focus and expertise in their respective fields and will offer Infineum a rich breadth of experience. I would like to personally wish them well in their new roles.”
