PetroChoice announced last Tuesday the acquisition of Hagan Kennington Oil Company in Charlotte, North Carolina. The deal further broadens PetroChoice's distribution reach in North and South Carolina.

Located in Gastonia, NC, Hagan Kennington Oil Company has been servicing Western portions of North and South Carolina for over 50 years. The company distributes lubricants, equipment and a wide range of related services to the commercial, automotive, and industrial markets. From its website, Hagan Kennington distributes ExxonMobil and CITGO lubricants.

This is the 15th acquisition PetroChoice has made since 2008. These include Anderson Lubricants (April 2011), Craft Oil Corporation (December 2012), US Lubes (March 2013), LubriCorp (October 2014), PetroLiance (November 2014), Badger Lubrication Technologies (November 2015) and Universal Lubricats' new oil business (May 2016).
